Pine needles
hurried
furry
blurry
Bright eyes
Clawed toes
Fuzzy face
pokes
through
snow
Adventure greets
A lurking
Smirking
search
for
more
Timid, Bold
Fuzzy, Cold
Led
by
wet
nose
Whiskers break out
Through soil
Shaking
off
nature's
door
Glances left,
Front, right, back
shot
all
around
Nose twitching
Nostrils
sniffing
tasting
testing
Coast clear
No Fear!
Watchful eyes
"make...
it...
here!"
Quick burst
Jumping, moving
eating
running
